To fill up an automobile with LNG, two hoses are required. First, the filling gun should be connected to the liquid filling port, and the return gun should be connected to the gas return port. This process allows LNG to enter the tank via the connecting hose. Simultaneously, the NG present in the tank returns to the gas filling station's tank through the gas return port, thereby reducing the pressure in the automobile's tank and facilitating a swift liquid filling process.
In recent times, the utilization and advancement of various specifications of LNG tanks have gained traction in large and medium-sized vehicles like public transport vehicles and heavy trucks. These tanks are being readily adopted alongside LNG filling stations as they offer convenience in usage and ease of control.
