Introduction to the preparation method of nitrogen

To ensure the purity of nitrogen during its preparation, we have implemented various approaches. Our main focus has been on enhancing the quality rather than reducing production costs. Therefore, we employ preparation methods that not only guarantee high nitrogen purity but also control production expenses effectively. Our continuous efforts in this regard have yielded fruitful results.

To prepare nitrogen, the initial step involves cooling down the air under high pressure. Subsequently, the temperature is gradually raised, causing the conversion of N2 and O2 into gaseous forms. This sequential process ensures the successful separation of nitrogen from oxygen.

In the process of vaporizing liquid air, it is important to note that nitrogen (N2) is obtained before oxygen (O2) due to their respective boiling points. While the boiling point of N2 is -196 degrees, O2 boils at a slightly higher temperature of -183 degrees. Hence, when liquid air is heated, N2 will evaporate first, followed by the vaporization of O2. This sequential vaporization process is crucial to separate the two gases efficiently.

When azo compounds react with hydrogen peroxide, they produce nitrogen. It is important to note that the generation of nitrogen occurs as a result of this reaction. By rearranging the information provided, we can emphasize the formation of nitrogen through the reaction between azo compounds and hydrogen peroxide.
